The Course All: activities are contained within Woodcock Creek State Park.
THE EVENT WILL START IN WAVES - WE WILL NOT BE PLACING ALL OF THE KIDS IN THE WATER TOGETHER. The swim will be an open-water swim manned by numerous people including lifeguards, water safety crews, and volunteers. The bicycle course will be on paved roads throughout the park. The road will be limited to vehicular traffic during the race. The run will be on some grassy areas and park roads. All areas will be manned for safety of those participating in the event.

Please note that the race distances may vary slightly from above due to actual distances available within the park. Also, please note that this is NOT a flat course. There are slight upgrades and downgrades within the park for both the bike and run.

The Awards Ages: 7 and under - this is a noncompetitive bike/run event. Every participant who crosses the finish line will receive a special ‘beaver-style’ medallion. All other age groups - Awards will be presented as follows: 1st, 2nd, 3rd Boys per age division AND 1st, 2nd, 3rd Girls per age division

Special Stuff: All participants will receive a specially designed t-shirt along with numerous items provided from sponsors. Door prizes and special give-a-ways will also be part of the festivities.

The Beneficiary: Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to changing the world one child and one community at a time. Working together, members achieve what one person cannot accomplish alone. Throughout the year, The Kiwanis Club of Meadville seeks opportunities to build a stronger generation of young people in a variety of ways, including building self esteem, nurturing educational opportunities, and fostering a sense of improved health. All proceeds will assist with the Kiwanis’ overall mission of helping children and youth in a variety of ways.
